Rotation and Spell Priority Outside of Battle Cry For Fury Warriors

With the heavy emphasis on perfecting our Battle Cry windows, it's also drastically important to master our rotation outside of Battle Cry since you will spend the majority of the fight here. A mistake here is less punished, but it still is easy to make mistakes here since there can be random elements that happen during our rotation, such as Bloodthirst or Raging Blow critting and providing us with more rage than expected for one spell. Once again, we'll start with Bloodbath first and then have Inner Rage after.

Bloodbath Talented

Your Single Targeting Priority without execute is:

  1. 100 Raged Rampage
  2. Bloodthirst
  3. Raging Blow
  4. Furious Slash

Your Single Target Priority with Execute is pretty much the same as the Battle Cry window, except we can add Odyn's Fury here. We didn't have Odyn's Fury in the cooldowns window during Execute because it's more important to hit Executes in BC than Odyn's Fury:

  1. Enraged Execute
  2. Massacre Procced Rampage (if you don't have the Massacre Ring, skip this step)
  3. Execute
  4. Bloodthirst
  5. Odyn's Fury
  6. Raging Blow
  7. Furious Slash

Your aoe Priority (2 or more targets) is:

  1. Meat-Cleavered Rampage
  2. Meat-Cleavered Bloodthirst
  3. Whirlwind

Inner Rage Talented

Your Single Targeting Priority without execute is:

  1. Enraged Raging Blow
  2. 100 Raged Rampage
  3. Bloodthirst
  4. Raging Blow
  5. Furious Slash
This is with 4/4 Pulse of Battle calculated. Sims were ran with 5 minute single target setup.

If  you took the Wrecking Ball talent, an Enraged Wrecking Ball buffed Whirlwind actually takes higher priority than a 100 Raged Rampage, but the difference between those 2 priorities are pretty minimial so you can place the 100 Raged Rampage above Enraged Wrecking Ball Whirlwind if you prefer that instead. Interestingly enough, if your Wrecking Ball Whirlwind is not enraged however, it's not even worth it to  use it over Furious Slash.

Your Single Target Execute Priority is (even with Tier 20):

  1. Enraged Execute
  2. Execute if over 50 Rage
  3. Enraged Odyn's Fury
  4. Enraged Raging Blow
  5. Bloodthirst
  6. Execute
  7. Raging Blow
  8. Furious Slash

If you have Tier 19 2 piece bonus, your execute priority actually changes to be:

  1. Enraged Execute
  2. Bloodthirst
  3. Furious Slash

You actually remove Raging Blow from the rotation with the Tier 19 2 piece bonus since you start to rely on the Furious Slash to drastically increase the critical strike chance of Bloodthirst and maintain enough rage to hit executes since you'll be enraged. If it is necessary however, you should do everything in your power to make sure Juggernaut stacks never fall off. This includes hitting a Raging Blow if you have 2 GCDs left before your stacks fall off, you don't have Bloodthirst ready, and you don't have enough rage for another Execute if you only hit Furious Slash.

Your aoe Priority (4 or more targets) is:

  1. Meat Cleavered 100 Rage Rampage
  2. Enraged Raging Thirst Raging Blow (2 Piece Tier 20 Proc) (4-5 targets)
  3. Enraged Whirlwind
  4. Bloodthirst
  5. Raging Thirst Raging Blow (2 Piece Tier 20 Proc) (4-5 targets)
  6. Whirlwind

If you have the whirlwind legendary belt, then you can use this aoe priority with just 3 or  more targets. Enraged Whirlwind also Enraged Raging Thirst Raging Blow at 5 targets with legendary belt.

If it's going to be a really long sustained aoe, you can actually move the priority of Bloodthirst above Enraged Whirlwind since you will be starved on rage if the aoe lasts for a long time.

For 3 or more targets (without the legendary belt), you just follow the single target priority and replace Furious Slash with Whirlwind. For 2 targets, you can choose to purposefully proc Meat Cleaver before you hit rampage.
